Shrimp and Broccoli

I think today is a good day to share a healthy recipe for you to save for when you do your meal planning for the next week or so!
How about Shrimp and Broccoli?
You'll need:
◾Large shrimp (fresh or frozen is fine and peeled or unpeeled)
->Tail on shrimp is the prettiest, but you’ll have to remove the tails when eating if you choose to keep the tails on.
◾Broccoli
◾Rice vinegar
◾White onion
◾Soy sauce
Chili garlic sauce: This is optional, but it helps to bring quite a bit of flavor and a small amount of heat.
◾Sesame oil: For cooking (not toasted)
This recipe is so simple and comes together so quickly!
1. You’ll sauté the broccoli and onion over medium-high heat for approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
2. Add the shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Pour over the sauce of vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for approximately 1 minute more.
Serve and enjoy!
