What is a BODi Block?

It is the new way that I am planning to stick to my fitness routine so of course I wanted to share it with you! BODi Blocks are 4 brand new fitness plans that start the first Monday of every month! They are simple and such an effective way to reach your goals.


Each Block provides 5 workouts per week for 3 weeks followed by an UP Week (“Unconditional Progress”) to reset + let your body recover. It's like a rest week, but very intentional.

Why are BODi Blocks More Effective?

They’re based on block periodization - an approach to workouts and recovery that is definitely difficult but doesn't let you overtrain. They help you to create consistency with a healthy routine. We are not perfect so using a 3 week on/1 week off program is much more sustainable to someone who is just learning to establish a good routine; or for the more advanced person who is just looking to change their fitness style to avoid overtraining or move past a plateau. It's different! And, I am here for it!

We are removing the perfection mindset. With a new program every month, you'll be able to really stick to it because they work with real life.

Explain the UP Week, What Is That?

The fourth week in each BODi Block is your UP Week, where you can focus on the positive changes you've made and build a better mindset around exercise.

The workouts are way less intense and emphasize recovery to maximize results and reduce injuries.

During this week, you're also encouraged to participate in Mindset Master Classes led by experts in personal development and are given tools for powerful mindset strategies you can start to use.

You’ll still get your workouts in, but you’ll also hit the reset button, allowing you to steadily improve.

All-BODi Block

Join your favorite BODi trainers for a mix of strength training, cardio, core work + mobility drills that get you in amazing shape - faster than you might expect! It is in the Block format: 3 weeks, 5 workouts a week for around 30 mins.

Bike Block


A balanced mix of cycling and strength training focuses on results.

Each week there are a variety of rides — rolling hills, steep climbs, interval and endurance sessions. And targeted weightlifting that improves your strength both on the bike and off. If you enjoy spinning but also want overall tone and strength, this hybrid plan is for you. Presented in the Block format that works: 3 weeks, 5 workouts a week for around 30 mins.

Iron Block


Traditional weightlifting paired with cutting-edge split training helps you optimize your muscle-building while dialing up your calorie burn. It’s your perfect for more lean mass and definition, so get your bench and grab your weights — let's GO! Also in the Block format: 3 weeks, 5 workouts a week for around 30 mins.

Whether you’re brand-new to fitness or you’re getting back to it after a break, you’ll want to try the new For Beginners Only Super Block in the BODi library.

So What Is a Super Block?

A Super Block is when our Super Trainers remake one of their most popular programs in the BODi Block format. This is your chance to revisit your favorite programs — like 21 Day Fix or T25 — with new workouts, new playlists set to popular music, and an entirely new experience. It’s all about giving you more of what you love, plus a little push to get you where you want to go.
